RETURN POLICY
ALL IN STORE SALES FINAL.
We accept returns on Apparel purchases made online only. Refunds will be in the form of Site Credit ONLY. Returned items must be in original condition, with original tags still attached. PIVOT reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above criteria. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please email erica@shoppivot.com with the following information to receive a RMA # and PIVOT Web Return Form.
- Full Name
- Order # (#xxxx)
- Description of item(s) you wish to return along with the reason you are returning.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
Please ensure you enclose the printed out PIVOT Web Return Form with your RMA # clearly legible.
Your return must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of item. We strongly advise you to ship your return back to TBC via a trackable delivery service as TBC is not liable for the package until we have confirmed receipt.

RETURN PROCESSING
Once your return has arrived please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
You will receive a notification email from erica@shoppivot.com once your return has been processed.
FINAL SALE
Please note that Handbags (including luggage), Shoes, Accessories (including Jewelry), and Swimwear are all FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted for these items.
Please note that any apparel item purchased ON SALE is final sale and not eligible to be returned.
We are happy to accept certain items in the form of reconsignment if you do not wish to keep your purchase.
